11. Solicitation included a summary of installed equipment on page 5 of 91 but did not include detailed information. Can you provide equipment details to include make, model #s, dates of purchase so that we can project obsolescence and budget for replacements?

14. Response date: beta.sam site shows a due date of 3/31 at 1PM however document published on 3/15 shows a due date of 4/12 at 1PM. Please confirm correct due date.

15. Do the (4) sites function as stand-alone sites or are they integrated? If they are not integrated, does the VA expect to migrate to a unified platform during this contract period? MAIN/FTMAC/TRINKA = STAND ALONE…. AVC = INTEGRATED

16. Do you know the age of this equipment? At each site?

17. Main Facility is running Pelco Endura on Windows 7 machines and windows 7 will be discontinued. Does this agreement include the necessary updates or is that outside of the service agreement? NO UPGRADE, SUPPORT CURRENT EXISTING SYSTEM NOW ONLY.

18. Other Facilities are running Avigilon and was installed approx. 6 years ago. What version of ACC are they running and are the machines windows 7? Does the agreement include updates if necessary or are they outside the agreement?

19. It was mentioned that this agreement included the network switches and cable. Is this correct or will the VA manage the network to include switches and cable?

20. Are all the cameras IP or are there still analog cameras existing that are connected to converters? UNKNOWN if Trinka uses converters. All other sites are ip cameras

21. Lifts will be required to service some cameras. Are all lift charges part of this agreement or invoiced outside the agreement? WILL NEED AT TRINKA, INCLUDE IN AGREEMENT.

22. How do we handle any cameras/NVR’s that are not functional when the agreement starts and how long will the servicing company have to complete an assessment to determine if there is anything that is not functional?

REPLACE ALL BROKEN/INOP PARTS

23. Does the VA have the Make and Model of the cameras that are deployed?

YES

24. The solicitation identifies that parts are to be included for replacement of inoperable system components. Is the VA going to provide a current list of inoperable components at each site with manufacturer and part number so that we have a baseline understanding of the health of each site/system as well as provide a level set for competition?

25. What is the expectation for repairing work performed by other contractors at earlier dates which do not meet industry standards or provide life safety concerns? For example, it was identified that several UPS Battery Back Up units are in fault mode and need battery replacement or full replacement.
