I am hoping to find out if the subject effort is a new requirement or a follow-on to an existing contract? If the latter, can I please find out the incumbent contractor's name and contract number? I appreciate your time and help.
ANSWER: This is a follow-on requirement. The incumbent contractor Is Earth Smart and the contract number is VA247-16-P-0622.
The price schedule for the above referenced solicitation only requests a monthly fee. The
Statement of Work requests the below information be provided.
1.Should the contractor provide an itemized price schedule based on the inventory provided in the Statement of Work under item 27 starting on page 5 of the SOW?
ANSWER: You may.
2. Should we provide an itemized price list with an annual total listed on the bid schedule based on the inventory you provided?
ANSWER: Yes. However, the estimated annual totals provided in the SoW will likely be different than actual annual totals.
3. Will services be requested once per month? If not, what frequency will they be requested?
ANSWER: Services are requested once per month.
