The question for “2. What is the current contract number? GS 02F0037P” is not the contract number but the IDV#. The number needed is the Award ID# (Mod#) …i.e. the contract number.

This number, GS 02F0037P, only identifies the vendor not the actual contract in FPDS. Can you assist?

The previous contract is GS-02F-0037P/ VA247-14-F-1153 and GS-02F-0037P/ 36C24719F0788 the contractor is EAP CONSULTANTS LLC

Also, the q&a did not answer how many face to face sessions. If you cannot narrow down a specific number of sessions, we, the bidders, need to try to define it for you since a high or unlimited number of sessions would be very high cost. The incumbent was not able to provide the number of face to face sessions however, they were able to provide the number of EAP cases between 10/1/2018 – 9/30/2019, between those dates there were 110 EAP cases.

Also, it was identified on one question that 12 brown bag luncheons minimum per year was desired. Just want to confirm that. Yes, a minimum of 12 brown bag luncheons per year.

Also, are these requirements in line with the services that you are currently receiving from the incumbent or does the agency desire an increase in current benefits. It would be good for the requirements to be very clearly spelled out and for your summary of current benefits to be defined. All things have a cost. We wish to give you the best value we can. These requirements are in line with the services that we are currently receiving from the incumbent.
