Question # Question Government Response

We noticed that the original FBO announcement listed NAICS 236220 for with a Small Business

Size Standard of $36.5M but this was changed once the solicitation was issued. We believe that this procurement could receive more qualified responses from SDVOSB General Contractors if changed back to NAICS 236220 and this will not preclude the Firms with Small Business Size

Standards of $15M to also participate in this response.

NAICS Code to remain as posed in the solicitation.

I believe the Naics code should be 236220 with size standard of $36.5M and 10% SDVOSB requirement based on requirements of needing to be a General Contractor in the solicitation and the work although heavy on the electrical side does cover trades other than electrical. The type of work is more suited to a General Contractor than an electrical subcontractor. As it stands now; I am not sure any SDVOSB can meet the requirement once awarded.

NAICS Code to remain as posed in the solicitation.
