About this file

This document is a compilation of questions and answers for VA Project 652-25-102, focusing on power and data installation for wall cabinets in 13 specific patient rooms (4C-103, 4C-105, 4C-107, 4C-109, 4C-111, 4C-113, 4C-115, 4C-123, 4C-125, 4C-127, 4C-129, 4C-131, and 4C-137) at a Veterans Health Administration facility. The project requires the contractor to install new electrical receptacles, run network cables from wall jacks to a cable tray in the interstitial space, terminate cables on a new patch panel in room 4C-142, and mount wall cabinets in the specified rooms.

Key project details include working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with quiet hours between 12 midnight - 6 AM and 1 PM - 3 PM. The VA will provide computer systems after cabinet installation, and the contractor is responsible for confirming power to new receptacles and verifying data port connectivity. Two rooms (4C-107 and 4C-127) have hard ceilings that may impact power and data running. The project requires coordination with nursing staff to schedule room turnovers, and the solicitation (36C24625Q0698) is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 6.
