Stephanie Thompson Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE Q.1. There is no "mileage threshold" actually provided in the solicitation. The Ambulance Solicitation (36C24623Q0383) states "beyond the established mileage thresholds" several times throughout the solicitation. I never saw where an actual "established" mileage threshold was provided in the solicitation or Amendment 0001. Without a mileage threshold established, it's difficult to provide a cost basis for the Base Rate for "any" of the CLIN's.

A.1. A mileage threshold has been addressed in the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section B.3, which has been replaced in its entirety by this amendment.
