Response to Questions from Vendors

The following responses is to the Solicitation 36C246-21-R-0008 that was published on 10/13/2020 with one (1) Amendment on 10/15/2020. No. Not all emailed questions are being addressed but after the review of them all a consensus of all the question received a response is given.

1. I noticed the Pre-Solicitation 36C24621R0008 posted on 10/13/2020. It is due 10/26/2020 at 4:30pm which can be interpreted as an actual Solicitation opportunity versus a Pre- Solicitation notice. Please clarify if this is actually a bid opportunity or simply a pre-solicitation notice?

Ans.: there was a pre-solicitation published first than the Solicitation. The solicitation is due back on 10/26/2020.

2. The Sources Sought indicated the amount of EM Physicians needed was 8 and the number of candidates to be credentialed would be 8.

Ans.: Block 20 on the 1449 form states eleven (11) candidates to be submitted and on page 90 of the solicitation E.3 Specific Instructions to Offerors regarding request for proposal (RFP) preparation and submissions: it states the eleven (11) backups that is giving a total of twenty two candidates total.

3. However, the Pre-Solicitation now indicates the number of EM Physicians is 11 and the number of candidates to be credentialed would be 22.

Ans.: Emergency Department (ED) Physician/ Nurse Practioners/ Physician Assistant eleven

(11) and eleven 11) on in the bull pen – twenty-two (22) credentialed.
