The VA intends to solicit contractor support to sustain and enhance the program by evaluating, updating, and maintaining evidence-based clinical quality measures (CQMs) used to monitor and improve radiotherapy quality across VHA radiation oncology practices nationwide. Performance objectives require the contractor to evaluate and revise each measure set at least once every two years, develop or update two measure sets annually, establish expected performance rates for each CQM, and validate logic models against current literature and consensus practices. The contractor must support VHA's quality surveillance program without influencing or formulating VHA policy. No Certification & Accreditation or Security Accreditation Package is required. The procurement is currently unrestricted, with set-aside status to be determined following market research. All future updates, questions and answers, and amendments will be posted to SAM.gov only.
