Sheet1
| Item # | Question/Comment | Date Received | GOV Response |
| 1 | One of the requirements was for the companies bidding to have a HVAC License in the District of Columbia. Vendor does have an HVAC License but it is for another state. I’m asking that this requirement be removed form the solicitation. | 12/5/22 | It is my understanding that in order to conduct business, even as a foreign entity, there must be some sort of registration in the respective state/territory where the work is being conducted so we are unable to waive/remove that requirement. |
| 2 | We would not be able to do a 2 hour response. Can we relegate our bid only on the requirements (Price Schedule) where we know we can respond and compete? | 12/5/22 | If you are only able to provide pricing on the non-emergency repairs we are open to reviewing your pricing for non-emergency services only. |
