20 Deliverable 4.1: Each monthly campaign should begin development in a timeframe to allow for submission for VHA Communications approval 60 days in advance (e.g. January’s Campaign should begin development in October or earlier). Qty: 12
If the period of performance is 12 months and the monthly campaigns must be approved 60 days in advance, what month will the first go-live campaign begin?
Answer: Third Month from award, allowing time for planning, approval and implementation
2. B.4 PWS, Section
(4) Tasks, Task 4
20 - 21 Deliverable 4.2: Every other month beginning the 2nd month of the contract. Campaign should begin development in a timeframe to allow for submission for VHA Communications approval 60 days in advance (e.g. January’s Campaign should begin development in October or earlier)
If the campaign approval requires 60 days, how can the campaign go-live within the second month of the contract?
Answer: Since November is a critical month (Veterans
Day) we would make the exception and expedite the approval process to meet the deadline to produce a cultural campaign for that month. Every other month thereafter would require the 60 day approval process timeline.
