2 August 2019 @ 12 Noon X This amendment will add line items, a base and option response sheet, and a revised SOW.
Based on the volume of oxygen to be used, it was the intent of the enduser to have peripheral cost, such as tank rental, install, and removal included in the price.
Susequent inquiries have moved us in a different direction to seperate those cost to get a true picture of overall cost.
For that reason, line items for tank install, removal, and rental have been included in the amended solicitation.
Please use attached amended solicitation with revised SOW, as it has the proper line items and SOW for your response .
