Question 1: Is there an incumbent? What is the contract number?
Answer 1: No

Answer 2: This is a new project for this medical center.
Question 3: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
Answer 3: This is a new project for this medical center.
Question 4: How many scrubs for each size need to be stocked at any given moment?
How many pieces per set?
Answer 4: Each delivery should include for the O.R. scrubs in the Ceil color as follows:
XS 2 sets, SM top 2, M 22 sets, L 8 sets, and 2XL 8 sets. Each set of scrubs should have a jacket to match.
Each delivery should include for SPS scrubs in a grey color as follows: Med 10 sets, L 10 sets, XL 10 sets, 2XL 10 sets and 3XL 10 sets. Again, each set of scrubs should have a jacket to match.
This brings the starting amounts to 94 sets of scrubs and jackets each delivery. This is 282 a week, 1128 a month and 13536 sets of scrubs with jackets a year.
