About this file
This document provides details for a federal contract opportunity to replace a boiler plant master control panel at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Butler, Pennsylvania. The solicitation is set aside 100% for service-disabled veteran owned small businesses and seeks Standard Form 330 qualifications packages from interested firms by October 28, 2021 for design and construction period services. The construction value is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a 330-day design period upon notice to proceed. Interested firms must submit qualifications information within page limits and on relevant past projects via email to the specified contracting office to be considered for a future negotiated firm-fixed price contract award.
