AGENDA
SUBJECT: Site Visit Agenda – Solicitation No. 36C24421R0005
Project Title: Retro-Commissioning Mechanical Corrections
Date of Visit: Various Days Below is a summary of comments that will be covered:
1.) The solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
2.) Proposal due date is December 01, 2020 @ 2:00 PM Local Time. All proposals are to be sent to:

3.) A Bid Bond in the amount of 20% of the Base Proposal price is required and must be executed on a SF 24.
4.) Proposals shall be valid for 120 calendar days for acceptance by the Government.
5.)
All technical questions must be sent in writing no later than November 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM local time to the attention of Donald Kalivoda at donald.kalivoda@va.gov.
6.)
Contractors are reminded that their proposals are to be based on the specifications/drawings; that no changes are to be made as a result of discussions at the site visit unless received in writing from the Contracting Officer in the form of an amendment.
7.) Contractors are advised that they must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) at time of proposal submittal.
8.) SDVOSB contractors are advised that they must be Verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at: www.vetbiz.gov database at time of proposal submittal. See VAAR 819.7003(b).
9.) Pictures are not permitted at this site in accordance with Federal Law 38 CFR 1.218 Paragraph 10. If pictures are required, please let me know what you need taken and the Government will attempt to provide
