The system is designed to supply high-quality water for medical equipment like steam generators, washer-disinfectors, cart washers, lab glassware washers, and cage & rack washers.
The LRG 4800 system has a capacity of 4800 gallons per day (18,170 LPD) with a 185-gallon float tank. Key features include a 115V single-phase controller, 208V 3-phase processor and pump, KDF/GAC filter tank, integrated pre-treatment, stainless steel membrane housing, and the ability to eliminate up to 99% of total dissolved solids. The system includes detailed utility requirements such as plumbing connections (3/4" CTS with 30-80 psig pressure range), electrical requirements (115V and 208V connections), and specific installation parameters. An auto-bypass model (LRG 4800-AB) is also available. The system meets ETL and CSA safety standards and includes options for post-treatment with polyphosphate. Installation requires specific door access of at least 3' wide by 7'-6" high, with detailed mounting and anchoring specifications provided.

RO Water Treatment Systems
Product Specification
Municipal water treatment facilities primarily treat water to remove microbiological contaminants to provide safe drinking water but do little to remove organic and inorganic content that adversely affects the performance of water dependent medical and research reprocessing equipment.
Getinge water treatment systems are designed to supply high quality water for point-of-use steam generators; medical washer-disinfectors; cart washer disinfectors; lab glassware washers;
and cage & rack washers. When used as instructed, the Getinge
RO systems eliminate up to 99% of total dissolved solids (TDS);
volatile organic compounds; water hardness (CaCO ); and chlo-rine additives.
Quality Statement Confidence in the Getinge group is the most important quality criteria. This is the hallmark of all our external and internal commitments, activities and products. Products and services supplied by Getinge conform to the agreed terms and expectations. The achievement of these quality goals is the basis for continued competitive and successful enterprise.
Application The Getinge LRG 4800 Series are complete water treatment systems that includes an RO processor, a KDF/GAC filter tank, an atmospheric float tank for storage and delivery, and a microprocessor controller.
Not intended to be used for drinking water.
