About this file

The document is a Schedule of Supplies/Services spreadsheet for a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Home Oxygen Services contract for VISN 2 Upstate New York. The comprehensive pricing schedule covers a base period from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with four additional option years and a six-month option period, detailing rental and setup services for various medical oxygen and respiratory equipment. The contract includes multiple line items (CLINs) for different types of oxygen concentrators, ventilators, portable cylinders, and respiratory devices, with specific technical requirements such as sound levels, battery life, weight restrictions, and flow rate capacities.

Key equipment categories include oxygen concentrators with flow rates from 5-10 LPM, portable oxygen concentrators, ventilators (invasive and non-invasive), BiPAP ST devices, heavy-duty compressors, high-flow oxygen systems, and mechanical insufflator-exsufflator devices. The contract also covers emergency equipment replacement, additional battery rentals, and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) practitioner visits. Estimated monthly quantities vary by equipment type, with some items like 5 LPM concentrators having over 1,200 monthly units, indicating a significant ongoing medical equipment support requirement for VA beneficiaries in the Upstate New York region.
