About this file

This document is a Schedule of Supplies/Services for a Home Oxygen Services contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2). The document details a comprehensive pricing schedule for medical equipment rental and services, covering five performance periods from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2031. The contract includes detailed line items (CLINs) for various oxygen-related equipment rentals, including concentrators with different flow rate capacities, portable oxygen concentrators, ventilators, backup systems, and additional medical equipment setup services.

The pricing schedule encompasses multiple equipment categories with specific technical requirements, such as concentrators with flow rates ranging from 5-10 LPM, portable oxygen concentrators with pulse and continuous flow capabilities, ventilators for day and night use, and various cylinder sizes. The estimated quantities are significant, with some line items projecting up to 1,300 units per year. The contract includes provisions for equipment setup, patient education, backup systems, and emergency equipment replacements, all to be performed by registered respiratory therapists. The total estimated contract value is not specified in the document, as unit costs are left blank, indicating this is a pricing template awaiting vendor completion.
