About this file

This is a Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2, seeking potential sources for a sole-source procurement of a Robotic Prescription Dispensing System. The VA is specifically looking to replace existing equipment at the Finger Lakes VA Healthcare System's Bath and Canandaigua Medical Centers with ScriptPro manufactured systems, including software and additional hardware such as data terminals, printers, notification boards, barcode scanners, and electronic signature devices.

Interested businesses are required to submit a detailed capability statement by 10 AM EST on July 29, 2025, to Anthony.Murray2@va.gov. Responses must include business name, business type, socio-economic status, contact information, GSA Contract number (if applicable), and DUNS number. The solicitation (36C24225Q0869) emphasizes that capability statements must be tailored to the specific requirement, with failure to do so potentially resulting in a non-responsive determination. This notice is for planning purposes only and will help develop the procurement requirement and acquisition strategy, with the VA assuming no responsibility for response preparation costs.
