About this file
This Special Notice details the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price five-year Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Abbott Laboratories, Inc. for laboratory testing equipment and consumables. The contract will serve the James J.
