The Department of Veterans Affairs, New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus (800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209-7104) has a requirement for Pentax Scopes Maintenance Services. The purpose of the maintenance service agreement is to reduce service costs and improve equipment turn-around time and reliability, involving the following Pentax scopes:

EG29-i10 Video Gastroscope i10 Standard HD+ (5 each) EG-3870UTK Ultrasound Video Endoscope (2 each) EG-3670URK 360-degree Radial Array Ultrasound Gastroscope (2 each) EG-3490K Therapeutic Video Endoscope (1 each) EPK-I5010 Video Processor (3 each) EG-1690K UltraSlim Video Gastroscope (1 each) EC38-i10L Colonoscope Endoscopy Endoscope (8 each) EC-3490TLi Video Colonoscope (2 each) EC-2990Li Video Colonoscope – UltraSlim (1 each) ED-3490TK Video Duodenoscope (2 each) Resulting from a written solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order contract to Pentax of America, Inc. (3 Paragon Dr., Montvale, NJ 07645) (hereinafter referred to as Pentax). Award effective date will be February 1, 2019, for a period of eight months, with four option years. Pentax is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and maintains that repairs to Pentax Medical devices should only be performed by an authorized Pentax Medical service facility.

All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency by emailing the Contracting Officer, Brad Mills, listed below. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
