About this file

This is an Amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for water tower inspection and maintenance services issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 1. The solicitation number is 36C24126Q0704, with the RFQ due on 18 September 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. The contract is identified as a service contract under requisition 608-26-4-4808-0202 (VA-26-00079725).

All offerors are required to conduct an on-site inspection of the location where services will be performed to assess general and local conditions that may impact contract performance costs, based on reasonably obtainable information. Each bid submission must include an operational plan detailing the types of equipment and number of personnel that will be available for the required tasks. The amendment specifies that failure to conduct a site inspection prior to bid submission does not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
