About this file
This document is a certification form related to compliance with 13 C.F.R. 125.6, the limitations on subcontracting rule for federal contracts. It requires the offeror to certify whether they will self-perform 100% of the contract or if they will utilize similarly situated subcontractors for at least 50% of the contract value. If subcontractors will be used, the offeror must provide details on the subcontractors, including business name, DUNS number, description of work, and percentage of contract value. The document outlines the potential penalties for violating the limitations on subcontracting rule, including fines up to $500,000 or the excess amount spent on subcontractors. The certification must be returned via email to the contracting officer.
The related federal contract opportunity is for a Nurse Call Services Contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration at the Boston VA Medical Center. The contract requires testing and inspection of the existing Rauland-Borg Responder Model IV and V nurse call code blue system, and the vendor must be an authorized Rauland-Borg servicer.
