About this file

This notice is a special notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding its intent to award a sole source contract to Abbott Laboratories. The Brockton VA Medical Center requires i-STAT Point test cartridges for direct patient care, and not having these analyzers would slow patient test results for critical services. The requirement's NAICS code is 334516 for medical equipment and supplies manufacturing, with an SBC size standard of 1,000 employees. Interested parties must submit capability statements by March 8, 2024 at 5:00pm EST to Molly Greening to be considered for this non-competitive award for i-STAT test cartridges to support critical care services at the Brockton VA Medical Center.
