About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a project to replace locks at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The facility confirmed that the existing 26 doors are already prepared for the installation of ML2065 mortise locks and the existing door strikes can accommodate the locks. They prefer the ML190 sectional trim kit for the locks and confirmed the doors are 1-inch thick wood. Indicators and engraving are not required. The existing locks have independent deadbolts that will need filler plates. Pricing should be consolidated into the line items provided in Attachment 2 and include standard burden and overhead in the hourly rate. Acceptable work hours may vary from typical hours.
