VA Response: Minuteman Security Technologies is the manufacturer for the existing access control system in Bldg 65.

VA Response: Two 4" conduits will be used, one being active and one being a spare, per DWG# ESS-102, Keyed Note 1. The medium voltage cable will be a 4/0 AWG, 15KV rated cable.

Question 4 – The Is this project tax exempt, if so, will a certificate be issued?

VA Response: Yes. Letter for Vermont can be issued after award.

Question 5 – Although not mentioned under Solicitation page 33 & 34 of 36, will the bid package require submission One (1) copy of Completed FAR Provisions 52.204-8 “Annual Representations & Certifications”, Section E pages 26-30 of 36?

Any disturbance or damage to the site will be required to be returned to it's pre-construction state, or better.
