VA Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) Pistol Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

1. Background The Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Training Center (VA LETC) is located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The LETC provides professional training for all VA Police Officers.
