About this file

This notice concerns a federal solicitation for EEO investigation support services. The Department of Veterans Affairs ORM and DI requires contractor support personnel to assist in processing discrimination complaints fairly and in compliance with EEOC regulations. Support is needed to conduct investigations, provide documentation, and interview witnesses. The solicitation seeks a project manager for each awardee who must be a fully trained EEO investigator. Contractors must have encrypted email capabilities and be granted access to the agency's secured systems. All work must adhere to EEOC guidelines, federal acquisition regulations, and VA policies. The notice identifies response deadlines and performance requirements for ensuring discrimination claims are handled appropriately according to governing standards and laws.
