About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center for a Clitoral Therapy Device (CTD) for in-home use. The solicitation seeks potential vendors to supply a commercial off-the-shelf battery-operated device under NAICS code 339113, with specific minimum technical requirements including a hand-held device with removable cups, extension tubing, batteries, carrying accessory, visual and written instructions in English and Spanish, customer service, and a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Key details include the solicitation number 36C10G25Q0111, with responses due by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on August 18, 2025, to be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Shemika Wray. The RFI is seeking information on vendor capabilities, including business size (with preferences for small businesses, particularly veteran-owned), existing schedule contracts, device kit descriptions, and any related historical contracts. Replacement parts requirements include removable cups and extenders, and the solicitation is explicitly for enterprise-wide procurement of CTD devices for VA medical facilities.
