This amendment is to publish additional questions and answers;

AND to add an addendum to the SOW.

Both are attached.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Jeffrey Reed Per answer to question 46 there is no ability as far as space to install temp units on the roof or on the ground. There is not a way to get the duct into the building from these locations. Unless holes are cut in the roof and walls this will not be possible. These areas are not from what was mentioned in the site walk occupied during off hours. Ten to twenty 9,000 BTU units are the only option that is available for this space dependent on existing power.

· Follow up to #46, all mechanical rooms have windows that can be removed to allow for duct work installation. Anything removed will obviously need to be replaced. We do not want multiple stand-alone units plugged in throughout the areas. Temporary air handling units are readily available to rent on weekly, monthly basis.

· Follow up #36, I included the specs with the addendum for the dehumidification unit.

Per answer to question 35 clarify what is meant by wet tapping the valves up stream of the piping. Do you mean a hot tap of the pipe and provide a new valve?

Per answer to question 23 please provide the specification on this project as to each division such as but not limited to Division 23 HVAC, Division 26 Electrical, ect.

· Follow up #23, Contractor will refer to the VA Design Guide, ASHRAE Guidelines, as well as the VA Technical Information Library, TIL at https://www.cfm.va.gov/TIL/spec.asp#23 for any specific division work effort or requirements; this will include divisions 23, 26, and all other applicable divisions.
