The additional days for questions will allow our subcontractors sufficient time to review their requirements in the specifications and ask questions which will ensure we provide you with your required product. 44. The completion period of 225 days for this project is too short considering the magnitude of work in both the design and construction. The site investigations, shop drawing drafting, controls engineering, AHU layout, AHU submittal, and submittal approvals will take approximately 90 days. Furthermore, the AHU lead time is approximately 100 days. Considering the above durations, the contractor will be left with only 35 days to install 12 AHUs which isn’t possible. Please consider lengthening the contract duration or issuing an administrative NTP and construction NTP or delay the NTP until the commencement of site construction. Lastly, it has been our experience that these projects require intense phasing which only increases the contractor time on-site.

May the superintendent fulfill all three roles, if qualified?

a. Refer to the SOW & OK for super to fill various rolls

61. Reference Evaluation Criteria, page 2, Past Performance Confidence Rating Overview: This paragraph states, in part: “…as defined as relevant in the above Proposal Content section C(2)(b).” We cannot locate the referenced paragraph C(2)(b) in any of our documents. Can you please clarify?
