About this file

This file is a modification notice to a previous Request for Information (RFI) Loopback for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Integrator acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center, located in Eatontown, New Jersey (zip code 07724), issued this notice under solicitation number 36C10B27Q0032 with a response deadline of November 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The solicitation is classified under Product Service Code DA01 and NAICS Code 541519. The VA is reassessing its acquisition strategy and requirements for the ERP/System Integrator effort while conducting additional research and internal reviews, including evaluation of existing capabilities against representative VA operational needs, integration requirements, AI and automation considerations, migration feasibility, and cost analysis. The agency notes that previously published draft requirements remain subject to revision and will provide an updated acquisition schedule when available. No response is requested for this notice; however, any opportunities for industry participation in additional market research or testing will be communicated separately through SAM.gov.

The contracting office point of contact is Contract Specialist John A. Adamitis (john.adamitis1@va.gov). According to the related federal contract opportunity description, the VA intends to hold information/discovery sessions with potential prime contractors who will serve as the System Integrator responsible for implementing and integrating the proposed solution. Prime contractors must be capable of providing COTS products or solutions as a service and should identify all OEM partners intended to support the solution. Vendors responding solely as subcontractors should not respond for inclusion in discovery sessions. Interested vendors were required to request participation in information/discovery sessions by October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST by emailing both John A. Adamitis and Contracting Officer Heather Utt (heather.utt@va.gov). The VA clarified that draft Performance Work Statement requirements are subject to change and that multi-tool solutions are acceptable provided all requirements are met; the requirement for a single platform to natively provide all functionality has been removed.
