About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for website content management support services. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to maintain and develop new functionality for its National Cemetery Administration websites and applications using content management systems including Teamsite, WordPress, Drupal, and ColdFusion capabilities. The amendment provides answers to vendor questions, updates the evaluation criteria to reference the latest version of Lighthouse accessibility software, and extends the response deadline without change. Offerors must propose maintaining websites using the specified content management systems and submit details of three relevant prior projects for 508 compliance review. Proposals will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable.
