About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) for their CFM Project Management Information System (PMIS) procurement.

The RFI provides questions and answers related to the PMIS system requirements. Key details include that the PMIS solution must be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that is FedRAMP authorized at the Moderate FISMA Impact Level, even if it is a single-tenant environment. The VA will not accept a FedRAMP-approved hosting platform/infrastructure alone, the solution itself must achieve FedRAMP authorization. Responses to the RFI are due by April 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT for the related pre-solicitation opportunity, Solicitation Number 36C10B24Q0299 for the "DA10--CFM PMIS Solution (VA-24-00057428)".
