| VA will accept Price Volumes that include additional sub-CLINS to support CLIN-level pricing; however, be advised that VA will evaluate Price by adding the total of all line item prices, including all options. |

| In reference to PWS Section 5.5 of the RFP, how many Assets does VA plan/want to tag as part of the RTLS implementation? |
| VA plans on tagging approximately 10,500 Assets. |

| In reference to PWS Section 5.9 of the RFP, it is assumed that the Battery Management portion of Warranty Services includes the batteries and the associated labor costs. Please confirm if assumption is correct. |

| In reference to Section E.15 of the RFP, please clarify the format and naming convention required for the Technical Volume. One statement suggests Word, but the table containing the filename suggests the file name should be .pdf. |
| The naming convention is to remain the same, however the Technical Volume shall be submitted as a Microsoft (MS) Word, Office 365 file only. |

| In reference to Section D, Attachment 3 of the RFP, can VA please confirm that the Infrared and Low Frequency Infrastructure Devices referenced in Attachment 3 are still installed and usable at VA Long Beach? |
| It is estimated that 50 percent of the Infrared and Low Frequency Infrastructure Devices installed are able to be reused. |

| The Government is unable to extend at this time. |

| In reference to Section E.15 of the RFP, would VA consider increasing the page limit for the technical volume from fifteen (15) pages to twenty (20) pages? |
| Yes. VA will accept a page limit for the technical volume to twenty (20) pages. However, the page count limitation for the Technical Volume shall not exceed 20 pages. |
