VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMECan you please provide a fillable version of the VA Directive 6550 _ New Appendix A _ published Jun. 2023Added a fillable word document.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMEShould Optional items be included on the Vendor Workup? If so, should it show a zero $ value?Only provide the items that are on the quote. If additional optional options are available and selected, then they can be added and accounted for later.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMECan additional spaces be provided for Trade-in information on the vendor workup, there are occassionally more than 4 trade-ins for a PO requirementWe can work on adding a few more line items for trade ins in the future consolidations.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMEWill updated Instructions to Offerors be provided to include information on whether there should be a separate equipment and turnkey quote provided, naming convention for the turnkey quote and what PO# is referenced, as well as additional instructions on the vendor workup that includes a turnkey tab?
We are always working on updating and making things more efficient. We will be looking into the RFO Instructions and seeing ways to improve it and implement things to help. As of not submitting the turnkey SOW/quote in one separate document will be fine, but make sure that the labeling is for the equipment PO. These are sorted and pulled, so they need to all be labeled the same. At the end of the file name make the equipment quote EQ Quote and the turnkey quote TKY Quote.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMECould examples of what the turnkey quote/sow/sov should look like be provided?Turnkey SOW/Quotes should be done as they have been in the past, however, have them in a separate file and make sure that the labeling is for the equipment PO. At the end of the file name make the equipment quote EQ Quote and the turnkey quote TKY Quote.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMEWould it be possible for the VA NAC to provide feedback on the first Turnkey Consolidation submission, so that Vendors know what was done correctly or needs to be worked on? Specifically in regards to the turnkey SOW, turnkey quoteWe are still working through May 2023's Consolidation which was the first one. With that one and this one going on, we will work on any improvements that are needed to be changed or what works well and will pass the information along in the future with industry.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMESetion7.1.3 references the SOW CSI format template provided with the RFO, can you please provide the template or an example?Turnkey SOW/Quotes should be done as they have been in the past. The SOW CSI will be looked to add in upcoming TKY consolidations.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMECan you please advise and provide an example of how the "Completed Schedule" should be done for the Turnkey Consolidation? Should we add 3 columns to the schedule? One for equip quote total, one for turnkey quote total and one for combined total value? The vendor workup spreadsheet has everything broken down for euipment and for turnkey. Just fill it in and it will fill out everything accordingly.
VA NAC HTMEVA NAC HTMEShould Schedule of Values and Statement of Work be combined into one file to create the Turnkey quote?Yes, make this one document, SOW and then Quote. Make sure it is labeled using the equipment PO and not turnkey. At the end of the file name make the equipment quote EQ Quote and the turnkey quote TKY Quote.
