DWORSHAK FENCING MATERIALS
1.0 INTENT
The following specifications pertain to the purchase and delivery of fencing materials to the Grandad Elk Mitigation Area around Dworshak Reservoir in Clearwater County, Idaho.
2.0 MATERIALS
The material amounts and specifications are presented in the table below. All materials delivered shall meet the specifications.

3.0 SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to the Long Creek Work Center by July 7, 2023, or as early as possible. The delivery shall be coordinated with the designated Government Point of Contact to ensure access to the site. The Contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the materials in a manner that will ensure they arrive to the site undamaged. The Contractor shall also be responsible to offload and stack materials in such a manner as to prevent damage to the materials. The materials shall be stacked on materials (e.g. stickers) provided by the Contractor to prevent them from contact with the ground. Of note:
· The Long Creek Work Center is located approximately one hour’s drive on gravel roads from Headquarters, Idaho. See the attached directions and area map.
· The road indicated in yellow on the attached map is a maintained gravel logging road that will accommodate semi-trailer tractor and/or low-boy loads.
· There is no off-loading equipment (e.g., forklift) available at the Long Creek Work Center delivery site.
