About this file
This is an Addendum document issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Procurement Office for the 2024-2027 ADA Curb Ramp Design, Phase I project under Mini-RFP/Open Market Bid Number S-73000-00007383. The addendum, dated July 16, 2023, serves to correct a typographical error in the evaluation criteria and modifies the numbering of Evaluation Item 4 (Quality Management) on page 10 of the original Mini-RFP document. The addendum clarifies that proposers must describe safeguards to ensure quality and consistency in services and deliverables provided by their entire team including subconsultants, outline actions to correct any errors throughout a project including construction services, and explain how and when they would determine if a client's total project budget was insufficient to meet project objectives and their approach to demonstrating this to the client as early as possible during the preliminary engineering and design phase. This evaluation item carries a maximum of 20 points.
The addendum applies to ADA Full Service Price Agreement Series Tier B Firms and becomes an integral part of the Mini-RFP document. Proposers must be responsive to all requirements of the addendum as if they were originally set forth in the Mini-RFP, with failure to comply potentially resulting in proposal rejection. The document references the Mini-RFP regarding procedures for requesting clarifications, submitting changes, and filing protests, along with their respective deadlines.
