The SOW provides detailed specifications for the buildings, including requirements for bullet-proof walls and doors, insulation, electrical systems, HVAC, alarms, and accessories. The document also outlines the submittal requirements, quality assurance, and warranty terms.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the procurement of these two pre-cast concrete shelters for the Wolf Mountain Communication Site in Marion County, Oregon, which includes the cities of Salem. The contract is open to all qualified bidders, and the award will be made to a single contractor. No further details are provided regarding pricing terms, funding sources, or the current contracting environment.
