About this file

This document is the Appendix J to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) to seek a qualified business to provide co-location facilities within each designated geographical region. The policy outlined in this appendix specifies the requirements for a qualified business, including prohibitions on engaging in activities that conflict with PennDOT's responsibilities, deriving a majority of revenue from the sale of illegal, obscene, or restricted materials, and operating in close proximity to such businesses. The policy also restricts the qualified business from promoting discriminatory, profane, or politically/religiously biased positions, and requires immediate notification to PennDOT of any non-compliance.

The document does not provide details on the products or services requested, project overviews, item quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder's meetings and conferences, award dates, or the term of the contract. It also lacks information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, current environment, funding requirements and sources, and other salient details.
