About this file

This document contains responses to requests for information regarding an amendment to a solicitation for water treatment and analysis services. The amendment provides responses to fifteen questions asked during a site visit regarding details of the closed loop water systems and current practices at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Specifically, the amendment provides system details such as pump capacities and locations, chemical treatment responsibilities, and annual water loss estimates. It also clarifies responsibilities for water sampling and testing, filter maintenance, and boiler operations and parameters. The amendment aims to inform bidders' understanding of the water treatment needs at the Center in advance of the response date for the solicitation.
