About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation seeking water treatment and analysis services. The amendment extends the proposal due date from March 5 to March 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST. It also establishes a site visit on March 4, 2024 from 9:30-11:00 AM EST at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The amendment provides responses to eleven questions from offerors, clarifying that the government owns existing equipment, repairs would be quoted separately, and treatment chemical suppliers and past award amounts are identified. The requirement is for monthly water analysis of closed loop systems, supply of treatment products to control scale, corrosion and microbiological growth, and installation of Prominent Aegis II Controllers or similar for pH and temperature monitoring at the physical plant and River Pump Room.
The amendment provides additional details for an existing solicitation seeking water treatment and analysis services at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. It extends the proposal due date, establishes an optional site visit, and answers offeror questions to clarify requirement details such as existing equipment ownership, repair quote processes, current suppliers, and past award amounts. The requirement includes monthly water testing and supply of treatment chemicals for various closed loop systems, as well as installation of controllers to monitor pH and temperature at specific locations.
