About this file
The State of Tennessee's Finance and Administration Division of TennCare has issued a Request for Information (RFI) #31865-00729 on July 15, 2025, seeking drug reimbursement and pricing tools for physician-administered drugs. The RFI aims to identify available market solutions that can provide a pricing file with HCPCS/NDC crosswalk and 340B ceiling price status, with responses due by July 30, 2025. The state is specifically looking for a solution that enables timely and accurate determination of dollar amounts for 340B-purchased drugs from 340B covered entities, including secure SFTP file access and comprehensive drug information such as NDC descriptions, package sizes, billing units, and rebate eligibility.
The RFI emphasizes that responding is not a prerequisite for future solicitations and will not create contract rights. Respondents are requested to complete technical and cost informational forms detailing their experience, solution capabilities, delivery frequencies, and pricing models. The state will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to the RFI, and the responses will remain confidential until after the evaluation of any subsequent procurement processes. The document seeks detailed information about potential vendors' capabilities in providing drug pricing and reimbursement solutions, with a focus on comprehensive drug data and secure information delivery mechanisms.
