About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to a bathroom renovation project. The project involves renovating multiple bathrooms in an occupied building, with work limited to two bathrooms at a time and a completion deadline of 31 December 2025. Key specifications include installing new vanities and shower inserts with the following measurements: vanities at 32" wide x 36" high x 22" deep, and shower inserts at 34" wide x 72" high x 36" deep. Contractors are advised to select fixtures in uniform brushed nickel or stainless steel, avoiding gold, chrome, or black finishes. Shower doors should be frosted or obscure, and no asbestos or lead test reports are currently available.

The accompanying images show the current bathroom conditions, featuring a pink vanity with an orange countertop and paper towel dispensers, and a shower stall with white walls, a frosted shower door, and a simple shower fixture. The bathroom appears to be in an institutional or commercial setting, with practical, utilitarian design elements. The Q&A document suggests this is part of a broader renovation project that requires careful planning due to the building being continuously occupied during construction.
