The government intends to issue a firm fixed price award to replace approximately 25 windows, repair 6 walls and 2 ceilings at Coast Guard Sector Detroit, as well as provide additional repair and replacement services as needed at Coast Guard Station St. Clair Shores. A site visit is recommended for both locations to fully scope the work. No drawings were provided, so offerors should inspect the sites to quantify the labor and materials required.

Question 1: Regarding St. Clair Shores SOW portion, the “as needed” does not quantify Scope of project enough to price labor effort and materials that maybe required. Or does the govt. want T&M pricing?
Answer 1: The government intends to issue a firm fixed price award.
Question 2: Regarding St. Clair Shores SOW portion, does the govt have any dwgs they can furnish, and can they also define and quantify the “as needed”, so contractor can offer a competitive quote?
Answer 2: We do not have any drawings. There are approximately 25 windows, 6 walls and 2 ceilings that need to be repaired/replaced at Sta St. Clair Shores. A site visit is highly encouraged to Sector Detroit and Station St. Clair Shores. The local POCs for each site visit are outlined in the SOW.
