About this file
This document is a submission instructions file for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) related to a procurement opportunity for a 50-ton air handler unit at Lopez Unit. The procurement requires respondents to submit responses electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with all submissions required to be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date. Respondents must register on the portal, which supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Any requests for additional information or clarifications regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the dates indicated in the solicitation. All amendments will be issued via public notice through the electronic bid system, and it is the respondent's responsibility to monitor the system regularly for any posted amendments. Responses submitted by the advertised due date and time are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline.
The document specifies that respondents' sole responsibility is to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time, regardless of the organization's ability to submit online. After submission completion and receipt of a "Submission Complete" notice from Euna Procurement, respondents are encouraged to access their accounts to verify that correct content has been provided, as no changes can be made after the close date. Technical support is available through the Euna Procurement support email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or through the Vendor Knowledgebase at https://customer.eunasolutions.com/public/s/knowledge-base/bonfire-hub. The procurement scope includes removal of old equipment, installation, start-up, and training services in addition to the 50-ton air handler unit itself.
