About this file

This document contains Submission Instructions and Information from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for an electronic bid submission process dated September 2025. Respondents must submit their proposals electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, which supports web browsers like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Submissions must be uploaded and finalized before the posted due date, with vendors advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential time constraints based on file size and internet speed.

The document outlines specific requirements for bid submissions, including that all questions and requests for additional information must be submitted through the electronic bid system by specified dates. Amendments will be issued via Public Notice on the electronic bid system, and it is the respondent's responsibility to check for updates regularly. Respondents can withdraw and resubmit responses up until the advertised due date, after which all submissions will be considered final and irrevocable. Technical support is available via email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or through their vendor knowledgebase. The instructions emphasize that it is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure successful submission of response documents before the designated due date and time.
