About this file

Summary

This is a Standard Terms and Conditions document for the Ogden School District in Utah, governing the procurement of an elementary mathematics core curriculum for Kindergarten through 6th grade across ten schools. The District seeks a comprehensive, evidence-based curriculum that incorporates digital resources and tools aligned with current educational standards and District values. The RFP invites proposals from qualified agencies with demonstrated expertise in providing high-quality, standards-aligned curricular resources to medium to large public school districts. Respondents are encouraged to expand upon specifications to provide additional evidence of service capability. The RFP establishes a structured evaluation process for bids, with the selection of a comprehensive curriculum serving multiple stakeholders across the District's elementary schools.

The Standard Terms and Conditions document establishes the contractual framework and legal requirements binding both the District and the successful vendor. While specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, and financial details are not detailed in this particular document excerpt, the terms and conditions establish the governing principles for the procurement process, vendor obligations, performance standards, and dispute resolution mechanisms. The document serves as the baseline agreement under which the selected curriculum provider must operate, ensuring compliance with District policies, state regulations, and applicable laws throughout implementation and ongoing service delivery.
