This Scope of Work details a procurement request by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) for fleece jackets to be used at the 2025 Bus Roadeo Event. DART requires 475 Port Authority Value Fleece Jackets in various sizes, ranging from Small (25 units) to 6XL (4 units), with the majority of jackets in Large (100 units), X-large (120 units), and 2X (100 units) sizes. The jackets will be True Royal in color, screen-printed with a left chest decoration featuring the "DART Roadeo" design using specific PMS colors including Bears Navy, Gold, and Dolphin Orange White. The delivery date for these jackets is set for October 27, 2025.

The document specifies no pricing information but indicates DART will provide the fleece jacket design and PMS colors, and is seeking a vendor to produce the jackets according to the exact specifications outlined. The vendor must use the Port Authority Value Fleece Jacket with no substitutes allowed, and the order includes a single printing charge and delivery fee. The precise requirements suggest DART is seeking a precise, standardized product for this event-specific uniform order.
