About this file

This Statement of Work is issued by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, for the repair of a 2012 Ford Super Duty F-450 fleet vehicle (VIN: 1FDUF5GY3CEA82172) that sustained front-end collision damage. The Court seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive assessment and auto body repair service meeting industry standards, with visible damage to the front bumper, grille, front lamps, radiator, air conditioning and heating components, hood, fenders, frame, and restraint system. The vendor must assign a Project Manager with relevant experience to oversee the work, and all labor and parts must be accompanied by limited warranties. The Court reserves the right to select specific parts manufacturers and requires written approval before proceeding with any additional costs or services. The vendor must complete all work within 30 days of receiving a work order or purchase order, with prior notification to the Court if the timeline cannot be met. The vendor is prohibited from subcontracting any portion of the work without prior written consent from the Court.

Pricing must be all-inclusive except for applicable taxes, and quotes shall reflect new products only with no used, refurbished, or alternate brand items accepted. The vendor must be willing to complete all work prior to submitting an invoice for payment. The Court will not accept rebuilt or remanufactured parts and reserves the choice to require new parts in lieu of any such proposed alternatives. Quotes are valid for 90 days, and interested vendors should direct inquiries to Salina Thomas, the bid contact for the issuing agency. Vendors may respond to all or some line items; however, the Court may prefer to award the entire bid to a single vendor and is not obligated to consider partial bids.
