This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Forsyth County School System's Purchasing Department for Dry Ice Hood Cleaning services. The quote was released on March 10, 2026, with a submission deadline of March 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM through the FCS Euna procurement portal. The scope of work includes dry ice cleaning of kitchen hoods at multiple FCS locations, with services to be completed between one week after school ends and July 17, 2026. The awarded vendor will be responsible for cleaning interior and exterior hood panels, grease baffles, drip trays, exhaust ducts to the roof-mounted exhaust fan, and removing all debris and residue from kitchen equipment and surrounding areas. The contract will be structured as a one-year annual contract with pricing to remain firm for the entire 12-month period from the date of award. Vendors must specify all lead and delivery times and adhere to those commitments if selected. The Purchasing Department notes that workmanship must meet industry standards, with any unsatisfactory work to be corrected at no additional cost to FCS.
All bidders must submit pricing using the official bid form available on the Euna Procurement Portal; pricing submitted in alternative formats or on vendor forms will not be accepted. The Forsyth County School System is tax-exempt. FCS reserves the right to consider an Economic Price Adjustment after six months if justified by documented market or industry changes, provided the vendor submits written justification no later than two weeks before the adjustment period; failure to submit such documentation results in forfeiture of adjustment rights. The school system expects vendors to act in good faith and submit price decreases if supported by market conditions. FCS reserves the right to accept, negotiate, or reject any proposal and resolicit as deemed in the school system's best interest.
